Shipping Details
- We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy.
- Orders are shipped from Vosburg with a lead time of 6–12 working days.
- Delivery is calculated according to the total weight of your order. The rate shown at checkout includes courier delivery, insulated cold-chain packaging and the standard amount of dry ice required for your order.
Packaging & Handling
- Orders are packed in polystyrene cooler boxes.
- Meat is frozen solid and shipped with dry ice for maximum freshness.
- Please note: Meat may arrive partially defrosted but should still be cold. Place it into a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

- Ensure your delivery address is within The Courier Guy’s service areas.
- Alternatively, you may use a Courier Guy kiosk address.
