Delivery Information

Shipping Details

  • We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy.
  • Orders are shipped from Vosburg with a lead time of 6–12 working days.
  • Courier fees are charged in addition to your order total.

Packaging & Handling

  • Orders are packed in polystyrene cooler boxes.
  • Meat is frozen solid and shipped with dry ice for maximum freshness.
  • Please note: meat may arrive partially defrosted but will remain cold and safe to consume.

Address Requirements

  • Ensure your delivery address is within The Courier Guy’s service areas.
  • Alternatively, you may use a Courier Guy kiosk address.
  • Ditsem Karoo Deli cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses — please double-check your details before placing an order.
