Refund policy

Overview

At Ditsem Karoo Deli, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please contact us at orders@ditsemkaroo.com and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Your Responsibilities Upon Delivery

  • Ensure someone is present to receive the order during the agreed delivery window.

  • Inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies.

  • If no discrepancies are reported, the order will be considered correctly delivered and complete.

  • Refrigerate all perishable products immediately.

If goods are claimed to be spoiled and we determine they were not refrigerated timeously, Ditsem Karoo Deli will not be responsible for a refund or replacement.

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately and we will arrange collection and replacement at no charge.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation. You will then be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).

  3. If unresolved, contact admin@ditsemkaroodeli.com.


Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
