Ditsem Karoo Deli delivers frozen meat throughout South Africa from Vosburg in the Northern Cape.

Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 6–12 working days for your order to be prepared and delivered.

Orders are delivered using The Courier Guy.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is calculated according to the total weight of your order.

The delivery rate shown at checkout includes:

• Courier delivery

• Insulated cold-chain packaging

• The standard amount of dry ice required for your order

The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cold-Chain Packaging

All meat is frozen before dispatch and packed in insulated packaging with dry ice.

Dry ice naturally evaporates during delivery, so there may be little or no dry ice remaining when your order arrives. Meat may also arrive partially defrosted but should still be cold.

Place your products into a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Extra Dry Ice

The required amount of dry ice is already included in your delivery cost.

You can add extra dry ice to your order from the cart for R60 per block.

Extra dry ice is optional.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that:

• Your delivery address and contact details are correct.

• Someone is available to receive the order.

• The products are refrigerated or frozen as soon as they arrive.

Ditsem Karoo Deli cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order.
